Question 1

How quickly can I get started with TableStruck?

Accepted Answer

Signup is instant. Most venues build their floor plan layout and take their first live booking within 30 minutes. Our step-by-step guided onboarding walks you through setting up your venue profile, operating hours, tables, and embedding your booking widget.

Question 2

Are there any per-booking or per-cover transaction fees?

Accepted Answer

Never. TableStruck charges zero per-cover fees and zero booking commission. You pay a predictable monthly or annual plan, meaning your software costs stay fixed no matter how many guests reserve tables at your restaurant.

Question 3

How does the visual floor plan editor work?

Accepted Answer

Our visual drag-and-drop floor plan builder lets you mirror your exact dining room — main floor, outdoor terrace, bar counters, and private dining rooms. Set min/max covers per table, combine tables for large parties, and monitor real-time table statuses (Available, Reserved, Seated) across all staff devices live.

Question 4

Can I import guest data & bookings from OpenTable or ResDiary?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We provide built-in migration tools and full support to import your existing guest CRM history, reservation logs, and customer profiles from OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms, or CSV exports with zero data loss or downtime.

Question 5

How does the customer booking widget embed on our website?

Accepted Answer

TableStruck provides a clean, white-label embed code that works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or custom websites. Customers book directly on your domain with your custom logo, background cover, and styling — no redirects or third-party ads.

Question 6

Is there a free trial, and what happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 14-day full-access free trial on all plans so you can test floor planning, online bookings, and staff management before committing. If you ever cancel, your data remains 100% yours and can be exported as structured CSV files anytime.
