TableStruck provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) table reservation management, visual floor planning, guest CRM, POS integrations, and credit card deposit guarantee technology for hospitality venues ("Merchants") and online booking tools for restaurant patrons ("Diners").
By creating a TableStruck account, purchasing a subscription plan, or completing a table reservation through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Privacy Policy & Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
Subscription Plans, Billing & Fees

Unlimited online bookings, Stripe Connect & No-Show holds.
Multi-venue management, custom SMS branding & API access.
- Free Trial & Promotional Codes: New Merchants are eligible for a 14-day free trial ($0 today) or promotional discount codes (e.g.
LAUNCH50for 50% off the first 3 months). No charges occur during the 14-day trial window unless explicitly authorized. - Recurring Billing via Stripe: All subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your selected billing cycle.
- Cancellation & Non-Refundability: Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time within their Admin Settings. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where mandated by Australian Consumer Law.
No-Show Guarantee & Reservation Deposit Policies
TableStruck integrates directly with your Merchant Stripe Connect account. 100% of guest cover deposits and no-show penalties land directly in your own bank account. TableStruck charges 0% commission on guest transactions.
Credit Card Guarantees ($0 Charged Today):
When a venue enforces No-Show Protection, guest credit card details are vaulted securely with Stripe. $0 is charged at the time of booking. A per-cover fee (e.g. $20 AUD/guest) is authorized for collection only if the dining party fails to arrive (No-Show) or cancels within the restaurant's specified cancellation window (e.g., 24 hours prior to booking).
Upfront Per-Cover Deposits:
Where fixed per-cover deposits apply, the deposit amount is charged immediately upon reservation. Deposits are applied directly toward the guest's final dining bill or refunded per the restaurant's cancellation rules.
Disputes & Refunds Between Merchant and Diner:
TableStruck provides the technical platform to facilitate credit card holds and deposits. All decisions regarding no-show fee charges, deposit refunds, or cancellation exceptions are made at the sole discretion of the Merchant. Diners seeking refunds or fee adjustments must contact the restaurant directly.
Data Protection & Privacy Compliance
TableStruck is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and global data security standards (including GDPR).
Credit card credentials are handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. TableStruck servers never store raw credit card numbers or CVV codes.
We do NEVER sell, rent, or market merchant data, guest CRM lists, or diner contact details to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Information We Collect:
- Merchant Data: Business name, owner email, phone, venue address, floor plan layouts, and connected Stripe account credentials.
- Diner Data: Full name, phone number, email address, party size, dietary requirements, and booking timestamps necessary to process reservations.
